5 Roll Coating Station

SAM presents 5 roll coating head applicable for solvent based or solventless coatings. This coating head is being used for a production speed of up to 600 m/min, with a coating width of 1650mm. 5 roll coating is especially suitable for low coatweight with high quality requirements in regard to the coverage and coatweight tolerances at a high production speed. The precision presetting mechanism ensures highest accuracy in repeatability of production parameters.
 
 
3 Roll Coating Station

With more flexibility, this can run either 2 roll or 3 roll coating. The applicator roll gives excellent rubbing to the coated surface transferred from the coating roll. For the adhesive coatings, there are variety of configurations to select the coating method with pattern bars.
 
 
2 Roll Coating Station

Even with a simplest design, 2 roll coating head flexibilities in coatweight by direct and reverse gravure. The coatweight can be controlled either by the gravure cell design or the speed of the coating roll in reverse. The smooth roll can be used to improve the coating surface.
